Chapter 6 – Part VII That night passed too slowly to Simone. She slept, but just because she was too tired, not because she was relaxed. Her arm tied to the bed annoyed her. The single idea of being hostage of a complete strange annoyed her. All that nightmare annoyed her. Alex also felt the time going too slowly. He was completely conscious that each minute of delay would increase the change to be discovery. But if he run too fast, he could also be arrested. Being arrested meant he would be a dead man, anyway. Both of them were awaken at the sunrise. Alex, when he noted that Simone was not sleeping anymore, said her: “Do you need to rest a little bit more or we can go?” “Let's go...” she said, resigned.
